Today, she leads network implementation and decommissioning strategies for at one of the nation’s leading telecommunications companies, ensuring complex programs run smoothly and deliver meaningful results for the business. Her commitment to driving progress shines through in both her ability to drive project delivery excellence, while using a “people-first” approach that focuses on ensuring that solutions keep employees and customers at the forefront of the game plan.
She’s not only a seasoned leader but also an author—her book, The Game of Change: Entrepreneurial Leadership for Technology Leaders (from Overwhelmed to Empowered), offers practical strategies for turning disruption into opportunity. Her insights are grounded in more than 20 years of real-world experience focused on improving organizational performance and a commitment to empowering others to lead effectively in times of uncertainty.
