Adie O. McCalmon is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience driving change management, business transformation, and technology leadership in higher education, telecommunications, information technology, software engineering, operations, and network engineering.

Today, she leads network implementation and decommissioning strategies for at one of the nation’s leading telecommunications companies, ensuring complex programs run smoothly and deliver meaningful results for the business. Her commitment to driving progress shines through in both her ability to drive project delivery excellence, while using a “people-first” approach that focuses on ensuring that solutions keep employees and customers at the forefront of the game plan.

She’s not only a seasoned leader but also an author—her book, The Game of Change: Entrepreneurial Leadership for Technology Leaders (from Overwhelmed to Empowered), offers practical strategies for turning disruption into opportunity. Her insights are grounded in more than 20 years of real-world experience focused on improving organizational performance and a commitment to empowering others to lead effectively in times of uncertainty.  She’s also a contributing author to the Leadership Voices anthology, collaborative book that features leaders who bring real-world experience and thoughtful insights to the table, which reflects her passion for helping leaders navigate change with confidence. 

Adie holds an Executive Masters in Technology Management from Columbia University and an MBA from Sacred Heart University's Jack Welch College of Business and Technology.
